Balates is a fusion of pilates, ballet conditioning exercises and various strength and mobility techniques. These tools are drawn from Chloe’s classical dance training, followed by over 12-years of professional experience within the dance industry and 7-years as an accredited pilates teacher.
The class will be progressive in nature but thought will be continually given in regards to safe practise throughout the session. Individuals will walk out of the class feeling worked, lengthened and empowered, ready to take on their weekly challenges outside of the studio.
Open to all, absolutely no dance experience necessary.
