I am an artist, a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga ,Teen Yoga and Qigong Instructor. I have studied meditation and Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) with Dr. Alan Wallace, Buddhist scholar and pupil of H.H. Dalai Lama, and I am a Breathworks certified Mindfulness educator. I recently graduated a second level on Sound Therapy and will soon be certified as a Yoga Therapist. I offer 1:1 Mindfulness coaching, sound therapy as well as 1:1 Yoga therapy.

When I am not teaching, I am hanging out with my family, meditating, practicing yoga, laughing about something with my partner or friends, studying (because I'm nerdy), making art, or maybe even dancing. I am inspired by quotes and philosophy, I like to be punctual, I am a compulsive book sniffer, I think all people have something to teach me and I love to ask questions and listen.
