Chloe is a a multi-skilled movement and wellbeing coach. 


She was first introduced to pilates at ballet school, as part of the daily practise to prevent and rehab from injuries. She went on to perform in the internationally award winning dance company Sir Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, climbing the ranks from ensemble to principal dancer. Pilates was her go to when injured and since stopping performing it seemed a natural path to go down as a way to keep the body strong, lean and supple in every day life. She obtained her pilates qualifications through Body Control Pilates Association.


Alongside this Chloe also has an MA in Movement Psychotherapy  and offers life coaching sessions to individuals and groups as a way to shift peoples perspectives and support them in moving forward with more clarity in all aspects of life positively and actively.


As a way for Chloe to deepen her own practise she travelled to India in 2017 and obtained her yoga 200hr teacher training with The Yoga People and her Yin training with Norman Blair in London. 


She now feels passionate about supporting others by offering her knowledge based around the human body enabling an increase in awareness, building a strong platform to improve posture, alignment and breath in order to lead a life of fulfilment.


Chloe draws from all her past experience around the body and mind to bring together safe yet challenging classes and 121 sessions.
