Sunday afternoons 2:00-3:00 pm, term-time 

Drop in for £15 PER ADULT/CHILD PAIR, booking recommended due to space limitations, and to avoid disappointment. Space held once payment is received

Yoga is always more fun to do TOGETHER!  Bring your child/children to our Family yoga sessions. Through Rainbow Kids Family Yoga, we CO-CREATE the class by using lots of creativity, themes, group, partner, Acro yoga, games, stories, mindfulness, relaxation, music, and art to bring the yoga alive!! Yoga can be used as a TOOL to learn absolutely anything!! The best way to learn is to MOVE through it! All equipment provided- mats, blankets, and kids yoga props. Limited space for large buggies, please bring foldable buggies. Thank you.
