Vinyasa in Sanskrit translates as “to place something in a special way”. Vinyasa Flow is the type of yoga that takes you through a sequence of postures linked with the breath, creating a meditative flow of movement, in the teacher’s personal style.


Mae blends modern anatomically precise yoga with the traditional; in her classes, you will flow through a sequence of postures harmonised with the breath, but you will also learn alignment, breathing techniques and meditation.
