Maija combines her practise of yoga and creativity of her dance in her teaching. The focus in the class is mobilising and strengthening the body for a healthy body alignment and posture, at the same time focusing on breath awareness.

The aim in the class is to create space in the body, to breath fully and deeply and to feel calm and steady in the mind.

In the class student will work with their abilities and she welcomes everyone to join her class.
