This is a full body circuit based class focusing on improving muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Each exercise will be focussed to target a range of muscle groups, giving you an intense full body workout using either free weights, body weight, or resistance equipment. You’ll work in timed intervals with little to no rest between stations, maintaining high energy to complete multiple rounds.
