Service Description

Personal Training with Emily. Tailor-made training for women, from body weight exercises to weight lifting. Wether its core stability you are working on or booty building or both of the above. Emily likes to work with a blend of high intensity interval training and weighted strength sets to burn fat and shape females unique figures. Book an hour (first session will include additional 15 minute consultation) and we can arrange a time that suits best by email.
