I believe in an approach that “sees” the whole person rather than separating the body and mind. I use all my past experience to offer you unique, challenging yet supportive sessions. Pilates is my main go to within classes as it supports our bodies, improves the way we breathe and and strengthens the deep intrinsic core muscles improving posture, preventing injuries and aiding the body for all that we do outside the studio. Stretching/yin/relaxation exercises will be incorporated at the end of every session as I feel this benefits clients when done safely, offering a lengthening of tight muscles whilst relieving aches and pains. As the sessions develop and clients become stronger I may also feed in some yoga/barre moves to keep classes constantly varied whilst working alternative muscle groups.
