Emily has over 10 years training experience, specialising in the female anatomy and is fully trained in pre and post natal exercise programming.

I have worked with a lot of women throughout their trimesters and following on after they have given birth.

I am as focused on health and wellbeing as I am on fitness and exercise.

Getting fit and working out should not be seen as a punishment.

I strive for PROGRESS not PERFECTION.

I pride myself on providing results driven training. The knowledge you get from our sessions you will be able to take away with you and implement at home and in a gym on your own.
