Bérénice is a BWY accredited teacher who has been practicing Yoga for more
than 20 years.
Her intention is to convey the benefits of Yoga in a fun and open-minded way, so that each practitioner can become more attuned with their own needs, what works and doesn’t work for themselves, and find practical ways to cultivate calm and effortlessness inside, so that joy and inspiration can emerge.
With the eyes and heart of a playful explorer, she teaches slow flow Hatha Yoga
to encourage mobility, stability and strength, with an emphasis on body awareness and mindful breathing.
She also teaches more gentle styles such as Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra . These are subtle and profound practices to soothe the mind and calm the nervous system. All are very effective to replenish the energy levels. Her classes incorporate asanas (postures), gentle creative movements, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation techniques inspired from the Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda Traditions.
