Vesna has been practicing yoga for over thirty years. She qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 2008. She also spent a month in India studying at the Iyengar Yoga Institute. She is the founder of Yoga in Hampstead. Her classes encourage conscious awareness of movement - precision, alignment and breath leading towards deeper connection with the body. Of slower pace but still strong and dynamic this mindful practice cultivates strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation.
