Mae
Mae trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Hot Yoga. Having a background in classic yoga, which she practiced during her year long stay in Thailand, she blends modern anatomically precise yoga with the traditional; in her classes you will flow through a sequence of asanas (postures) harmonised with the breath, but you will also learn alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Mae wants you to come out of her class feeling a little bit stronger and a little bit more flexible than before, but also with a calmer and steadier mind.
